- Engineered end-to-end retail data platforms for a Mexico (CDMX) retail engagement by optimizing Snowflake SQL workflows, designing the pipeline orchestrator, and automating data refreshes and flat-file ingestion, improving reliability and client self-sufficiency.
- Built the backend for an OCR + LLM competitor intelligence solution using Azure Document Intelligence and OpenAI foundation models, delivering approximately 70 percent faster turnaround for pricing intelligence and supplier negotiations.
- Streamlined multi-stage Python data pipelines for a Spanish multinational retail and wholesaling corporation, reducing dashboard refresh times by roughly 90 percent and enabling near-real-time decision making.
- Re-platformed Alteryx workflows to modular Python and SQL pipelines for UK and European retailers, removing paid license dependency and improving reporting turnaround by 25 to 80 percent while lowering costs.
- Improved AWS Redshift SQL performance for a US wholesale food distributor, increasing ingestion efficiency and accelerating analytics delivery for pricing and supply planning teams.
- Developed Python-based automation for a US warehouse club chain, delivering 50 percent faster SQL Server uploads and reducing manual effort by around 70 percent.
- Designed and led the “Skill Spark” AI enablement initiative and bootcamps, training 115 plus consultants in Python, applied AI, prompt design, guardrails, and building tools with Azure OpenAI.
- Created AleXPy, a Python and LangChain-based tool using foundation models to semi-automate Alteryx to Python migration, cutting development effort by 75 to 80 percent and successfully piloted in a live Spanish retail consulting case.

- Optimized SQL using CTEs, stored procedures, and indexing strategies to accelerate order-to-cash workflows and reporting.
- Designed data validation and quality testing frameworks to improve reliability and alignment with business objectives.
- Estimated ground displacement and deformation rates in the San Francisco Bay Area using ERS-1 and ERS-2 satellite data.
- Applied the PSInSAR technique using Python and MATLAB to measure large-scale ground movement patterns.
