feat(templates): align buttons with input field in type array

Reasons for making this change

The buttons are not aligned.
We can add "items-center" to align the buttons (move up, move down, delete) with the field

@mimccio Thanks for the fix. In order for it to be merged you will have to update the snapshots locally using npm run test:update. Also, please add a line to the CHANGELOG.md for this fix under the ## @rjsf/shadcn section
