she/her/hers
I'm a Postdoctoral Research Associate specializing in human genomics and large-scale data analysis. My research focuses on understanding the genetic factors that influence Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) carriage and infection in humans.
I work with extensive genomic datasets to investigate host factors and their role in susceptibility to complex diseases. My expertise includes:
- S. aureus Carriage & Infection: Exploring the interplay between host genetics and bacterial colonization/infection.
- Complex Disease Genomics: Integrating multi-dimensional data to identify biological mechanisms underlying health and disease.
- Languages: R, Python, Bash
- Techniques: Data analysis, reproducible research, statistical modeling, bioinformatics
