* convert numeric values using `fromtimestamp` to UTC-aware datetimes by default
* move `dataclasses._create_fn` to a local `create_fn` function, so that we use the same implementation regardless of PY versions * note: this caused issues previously with Python 3.6, since the implementation of `_create_fn()` did not support locals correctly, for example.
* less appends to body lines * minor tweaks for optimization
