Chrome
Head on over to the Chrome Store page, or Edge Store page, and start by adding the extension
Once installed, the settings panel will open.
Make sure you have an OpenAI API Key
Enter your OpenAI API Key
You can then hit close, and also close the tab that was automatically opened
If you are using AdBlock, please disable it on the google search results page
It should be grayed out like this 
Now when you do a search on Google you will see the Search Companion show up on the right side
