🤓 Semantic release local dry run

Description

I simply made this project because I wanted to run semantic releases workflow locally for sanity check. Avoiding the pain to push some draft commits on main branch.

Prerequisites

• Node.js
• package manager of your choice : npm, yarn, pnpm
