Summary

consolidate card, deck, and user repositories into FlashcardsRepository
update service layer to use the new repository
adjust main initialization and tests to use FlashcardsRepository
add mocks and helper setup for the combined repository

Testing

go test ./... (fails: fetching modules blocked)
