Rising Sun (v0.0.3)

This is the initial release for the plugin so far what is implemented:

• User selectable colours for sunrise, day, sunset and night.
• Real time cycle based on city of choice
• Sunset and sunrise animations based on coordinates and timezone of selected city
• Custom coordinates
• Custom hour
• Virtual Time Overlay (clock)
• Added 50 cities around the globe

Known bugs:

• Custom hour / cycle speed behavior is a little weird
