Description of the change

Upgrades the example next-typescript to the most recent point versions of next, react, and react-dom.

Approved, but noting that latest React/ReactDOM is 19.2.3 and latest Next.js is 16.0.10.

@msandula12 yes; these are the latest versions in the react 19.1.x line and next 15.4 line, all published ~17hr ago.
