- Add 'restrictive' types for APIM SKU and App Insights retention.bicep - Move APIM SKU to settings type so it can be configured more easily from main.bicep - Move APIM publisher info into APIM module (it usually isn't changed)
Don't store it as base64 so it's easier for a demo'er to retrieve a secret
