Because of a wrong path, the homebrew update could only run when triggered as workflow.

If one of the homebrew VMs was offline, update jobs would form a long queue. By allowing for older jobs to be cancelled, only the last job that gets started should run.

The homebrew VM successfully built ROOT in the last nightlies, but because of the missing openstack sdk, it didn't establish a connection to upload the tar archive:
