Add support for Qt6 #1581
Description
The latest Rolling sync has added dependencies on Qt6.
The affected packages include:
- desktop-full
- gz-gui-vendor
- gz-sim-vendor
- ros-gz-sim
- ros-gz-sim-demos
- simulation
The desktop recipe for the ROS desktop variant still builds successfully.
However, until this issue is resolved the packages above cannot be built.
