Seems like python3-ujson is missing.
To Reproduce
When running bitbake rosbridge-server I get:
ERROR: Nothing RPROVIDES 'ROS_UNRESOLVED_DEP-python3-ujson' (but .../meta-ros/meta-ros2-jazzy/generated-recipes/rosbridge-suite/rosbridge-library_2.4.2-1.bb RDEPENDS on or otherwise requires it)
