…hen Nvidia MIG virtual devices are available. Includes minor tests and guardrails to catch conditions where multiple hardware GPUs exist with- or without MIG devices. Note that whenever MIG devices are enabled, the 'parent' hardware GPU is considered unusable.

Added support for parsing 'nvidia-smi' and 'nvidia-smi -L' commands when Nvidia MIG virtual devices are available. Includes minor tests and guardrails to catch conditions where multiple hardware GPUs exist with- or without MIG devices. Note that whenever MIG devices are enabled, the 'parent' hardware GPU is considered unusable.
