RpcCoreKestrel

RPC Core Kestrel contains interfaces and classes used setup Kestrel without using the Microsoft builder classes.

Example of setting up a Kestrel server with gRPC

This example only show the Kestrel setup, using RpcCoreKestrel instead of the Microsoft builders.
