- it is moved from plugins-core because system upgrade is now a regular command - two additional tests are added with conflicting requests: C-group/environment contains packages/groups on F29, on F30 they are removed. D-group/environment is empty on F29, on F30 it contains packages/groups.
This matches dnf4.
