Bug fixes and tests

Fixes:

• Fixes several bugs related to configurations

Tests:

• Coverage of 90%+ achieved, now the parser is much safer and the ui is also stable.

Goals:

• Keep coverage above 90%

Note: I still have no clue on how to do tests without having white space comparison for the htmls
