During this project I have created a function to segment blood vessels in retinal fundus images by applying a series of filters together with unsupervised learning. More precisely, the algorithm presented by Yavuz et al was replicated in Python using images from the Digital Retinal Images for Vessel Extraction (DRIVE) dataset.
