Fixed the CI failures caused by the addition of the new
InternalAffairs/ItblockHandlercop. Since itblock is not used in any of the offensed areas, I have addressed the issue by ignoring the cop.InternalAffairs/ItblockHandlercop rubocop#14886I noticed this issue when an unrelated CI failure occurred while I was reviewing the following pull request:
