What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
Admins are able to create/edit/delete/view events
Users are able to view events and register for them
How did you approach the change?
Create a page where you can view all events and take the appropriate actions.
Ex: navigate to /events where you can see them all. If you're an admin you will be able to view/edit/delete/create an event
If you're a user you'll be able to check which events you want to register for and submit. it will use your currently logged in information to register.
