What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?

  • Update look and feel of community_news, stories, resources, story_ideas workshop/show_associations (fix url)
  • Add background color to show pages that matches Dashboard
  • Change layouts to be more similar
  • Show 'Dashboard feature' instead of 'Featured'
  • Add associated images to show pages

How did you approach the change?
