What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
Make Quotes admin button active
Fix quote attribution display (if years/yrs is already in text, gsub it)
Change form to show :age as a string if it already has string content, otherwise show as an integer
Add qiq links to Quote on index
Change quote show to show content like a speech bubble
Remove a bunch of content from WorkshopLog since it's already in Report
Added more detail to report_form_field_answers assn on report
quotable_item_quotes assn on report wasn't working, so added a new more explicit assn all_quotable_item_quotes
