Update workshop display

What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?

• Improve Workshop UX
• series workshops stay in 2 columns until xs
• update tab styling on workshop show
• change image overlay & title styling on workshop show
• change "date" method to return month name year, instead of month#/year
• change show partial to be what was in show.html.erb, instead of the old show logic
• change tags display to be left-aligned and not wrap below header
• change capitalization of headers
• fix print button styling
