What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?

  • Change display to have hyperlinked user/created by
  • Show bookmarks count
  • Support sorting of all bookmarks by popularity, newest, and title of bookmarkable
  • Support number_of_items_per_page param
  • Set BOOKMARKABLE_MODELS in bookmark model

How did you approach the change?
