  • Moves most of the contribution related docs into CONTRIBUTING.md
  • cleans up README.md to focus on info about the application
  • adds tasks to mise.toml to cover typical actions in docker

how come the info re seeds is removed?

Most of that info got moved to the section on credentials:

## Credentials

These credentials also work for [staging](https://awbw-staging-xzek4.ondigitalocean.app/):

- User
  - email: <[email protected]>
  - password: password
- Admin
  - email: <[email protected]>
  - password: password

do you think its important to specifically call out the info about how the seeds function? I can add that bit back in but I was worried it would be too much noise for new contributors.
