It's an email, so the recipient doesn't need to see who it's addressed to - Removed recipient from email body

No tests are updated in this changeset - seems a bit strange. Are we missing tests? If so, are you interested in adding some in this PR or a later PR?

@compwron agreed! I can add or update the tests, sorry first PR and was just playing around with the repo.

I also removed the try since try usually is to prevent NoMethodError. And I believe all resources are going to be subclasses of User, which should always respond to unconfirmed_email? since its a column on users.

Just wanted to point that out as I've never contributed to the project, but came across it on reddit!!!
