kek, you ACKed 2 hours before the refresh happened again

I think the cronjob is probably running twice a week, which we copied from rust-bitcoin since rust-bitcoin is so active ... but here we should reduce it.

I had a quick look, they both run weekly.

on:
  schedule:
    - cron: "5 0 * * 6" # Saturday at 00:05
