Add a section describing the default field value feature from RFC 3681.
I thought it made the most sense to introduce field default before struct update syntax, and made some small phrasing changes to make one build on the other. Let me know if it makes more sense the other way around or you have any suggestions for editorial improvements.
I wasn't sure whether or not to add listing numbers to the added code blocks, please provide guidance if something needs to be changed there.
