Replace #[macro_use] with explicit imports

The #[macro_use] attribute was the original way to import macros, but is no longer necessary. Some editors and development tools don't work well with #[macro_use] attributes and introduce explicit imports regardless.

This change removes all #[macro_use] declarations for claims, diesel, serde, and tracing crates, replacing them with explicit imports throughout the codebase.
