An official (albeit experimental) OpenAPI description ("spec") for the crates.io API was introduced this year (see #741 (comment) and the announcement blog post), but there is no link to it anywhere in crates.io's docs / help pages.
A good place to mention it is probably the crates.io API section of the Data Access Policy page, so this PR adds a link to it there.
