Seems like it shouldn't hurt. Looked at https://github.com/aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md and it mostly looks like the breaking changes were due to bumps to the node runtime.

probably won't fix the error on master, but worth trying.
