Based on #2340.
I did the split based on some light experimentation, so that the two halves run for approximately the same amount of time. We'll need to test it in production and then adjust it accordingly.
The second x64 collector has already been configured in the DB, and is running.
Marking as draft, as I don't want to merge this until Monday.
