This will let us drop caches on the perf runners to get the system into a more consistent state.

I don't like this as a general solution, but let's try to see if it helps! I configured the environment manually for now, to make it easier to disable it in case something goes wrong.

This is untested since it's in the production code, not for the local benchmark execution.
