Hi, this is about an open source Rust crate with CFP I am developing for bioinformatics. In bioinformatics we have a lot of specific functionality in different computing languages like biopython,biojava,bioruby,bioc++,biojs,bioperl etc. Very important to have Rust functionality for us folks and this would add to the bioinformatics tooling ecosystem.

I thought this came under developing in Rust, but if you mean that it has to be about actively directly developing Cargo and Rust programming language it is not about that.
