As discussed in https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/channel/392734-council/topic/website.20production.20usages I'm removing production usages and highlights as the information there is really old and also the production page too.
Today we have Rust for Linux and a lot of the big companies using Rust for very interesting things. We should probably want to highlight those.
