stdarch_x86_avx512for cpu hasavx512bwwhensimd_supportis enabled.Details
The trait
WideningMultiplyforu16x32needavx512, which needs unstable library featurestdarch_x86_avx512. This modification enable it when cpu has target_featureavx512bw.
