Hopefully we now have viable CI.
One unfortunate consequence of the way I've set up the repository is that all content of
rand_distrhas moved. This isn't the case withgit subtree split, but I think it's preferable to keep the history of everything else.I didn't modify
bencheshere since @benjamin-lieser already has a PR for that.
