- Add comprehensive CONTRIBUTING.md with: - Docker and production Firebase setup instructions - Contribution workflow and branch naming conventions - Code standards (Prettier, ESLint) and testing guidelines - Issue reporting templates - Streamline README.md by moving detailed dev instructions to CONTRIBUTING.md - Standardize naming to 'RUXAILAB' throughout all documentation - Use placeholder format (YOUR_*) for Firebase configuration examples Closes ruxailab#1423
