improve collaboration system for non-registered users

Fixed issue : #1035

PR Summary

Improve collaboration system:

• non-registered users will get an email to accept the study invitation work flow would be onclicking the accept button they will be redirected to accept invitation page if they register they will automatically accept the invitation as well
• registers will get a notification which we usually use in our codebase previously and will get an email of study detail invitation

• i18n Diff Guard / i18n (pull_request): is failing because of hardcoded english texts if i change all the language files then this pr will have more than 20 files that is why i am thinking that if i open another pr after this gets merged...what do you guys say ??

• test🧪 / test (pull_request): this one is failing because of there is a another route /acceptinvitation which does not have tests and also probably they are sending email but could not send it so maybe that is why it is failing...what should i do for this ???
