Add inference-efficiency posture to AI_IN_PRODUCTION and NOW

Motivation

• Surface a concise, senior-level posture on inference efficiency and behavioural signals as product problems that affect latency, caching and user experience.
• Make practical patterns (routing, lightweight fingerprints, temporal signals) visible without over-claiming or suggesting security guarantees.

Description

• Add a new section titled ## Exploratory pattern: inference efficiency + behavioural abuse signals to AI_IN_PRODUCTION.md containing 2–3 short paragraphs and a short bullet list of conceptual leverage points.
• Add a single current-focus bullet to NOW.md summarising the exploration of inference efficiency and abuse prevention as product problems.
• Wording uses calm, precise tone and Irish English spelling for relevant terms (for example, “behaviour”).

Testing

• No automated tests were run because these are documentation-only changes.
• The repository includes a markdown link-check workflow configured to run on pull requests, which will validate links when the PR CI is executed.
