Trying to run lesson06 on qemu crashed on the first instruction after mmu enabled. Running raw code is missing a 1:1 pagetable when running with MMU. this patch adds a 'naive' memory map from from 0.
Also a launch script is put in root dir of lesson06 to test the binary with qemu (linux).
