Loading pre-trained weights did not overwrite the existing weight set.
Updated to ensure that different numbers of input channels can be handled without error. (Shortcut connection configuration assumed this was always equal to config_inp_reinf.)
This reverts commit 9c2613c.

Loading pre-trained weights writes the existing weights back to the network rather than the pre-trained version. Small fix to correct this.
