assign project based on students interest list in most fair way

How use?

To make data file:

• make a copy of InputForm.ods and open it.
• complete Prjects sheet
• while Projects sheet is selected, save a copy as CSV and save it as projects.txt name
• go to Students sheet
• enter student name or their id in column A and select up to 10 project in column B-I.
• while Students page is selected, save a copy as CSV and save it as students.txt name

To run and get one of possible results:

• go to project folder
• run by: python3 fairproject.py
