- Oracle DB에서 MariaDB로 이관
- 개발 DB 추가
- Dockerfile에서 사용하는 Gradle 버전을 8.14.3으로 고정
- CD 파이프라인에서 배포작업이 동시에 작동하지 않도록, concurrency 추가 (병목 이슈가 있음)
