Add missing sections to the CHANGELOG.

  • Update CHANGELOG.md
  • Update README.md (as needed)
  • New dependencies were added to pyproject.toml
  • pip install succeeds with a clean virtualenv
  • There are new or modified tests that cover changes
  • Test coverage is maintained or expanded
