* Add translation support for chat tab
- AI responds directly in selected language via targetLanguage parameter passed to /api/chat
- Translate suggested questions, preset buttons ("key takeaways", "top quotes"), and follow-up questions using Google Translate API
- Fix React closure bug by adding selectedLanguage to sendMessage useCallback dependencies
- Create language-utils module for centralized language code to name mapping
- Include language code in all translation cache keys to prevent cross-language conflicts
- Update chat request validation schema to accept optional targetLanguage field
