Added SessionStart hook that sets up the Typed Racket development environment in Claude Code on the Web by: - Installing Racket and xvfb - Installing typed-racket-test package - Setting up local package catalog - Updating all typed-racket packages - Running raco setup for package dependencies - Installing math package for math tests This enables running the full test suite in remote Claude Code sessions.
