Tests!!!

Motivation and Context

Cooper needs tests

Closes #[ticket]

How has this been tested?

All of the tests passed!! And we have 266 tests now 🥳

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

• Database migration
  • Ran pnpm db:generate and verified generated SQL migration files in packages/db/drizzle
