Add folder management to media browser

Summary

• add persisted folder support to the media plugin, including folder browsing in the sidebar and main browser grid
• add folder create, rename, delete, and bulk move flows, plus breadcrumb/location UX improvements
• refine the responsive tree behavior and mobile controls so folders stay usable across desktop and mobile

Testing

• npm run lint
• npm run build
• tested in a production Sanity site using the packed plugin tarball

Hello, I've had a go at adding folder support for the plug-in as I felt it was quite needed. I'm happy to hear anyones thoughts and feedback and would be happy to make some refinements. I've already deployed it to a production site and it seems to be working well. I can see some small refinements can be made but wanted to see how this would be received. Attaching a video of how it works.
