I agree there's no need to support node v20 for build tools like this 👍

BREAKING CHANGE: Now requires peer dependency
semantic-release@^25BREAKING CHANGE: Now requires Node.js version ^22.14.0 or ^24.10.0
Since this is used as part of CI workflows, I don't think it's super important to support Node.js 20 even though it's still in maintenance LTS. By upgrading, we fix a couple of annoying npm audit warnings.
